I want to share my 40-year experience improving my own health and mental state from my childhood on and my 10-year experience helping my clients both with their nutrition and handling psychosomatic issues.
I have also been trained in both. For my detailed introduction please see my Gravatar Profile by clicking here (opens in new tab).
Healthy nutrition and some exercise, even as little as a daily walk, are a good basis for both your body and emotional state, but if you suffer from some chronic symptoms, you most likely need to change also your attitude as to how you perceive the world and how you interact with your environment, as it is very unlikely that everything will change for the better just for your sake.
I recommend some books and share my understanding for free to assist you.
Some of the information may be unorthodox, but I encourage you to consider: if you have not found what you are looking for so far, you probably need something you don’t know enough about yet, and it may sound unusual first, naturally.
You don’t need ideas that fit in your present belief system, but ideas that are useful in creating a future you will enjoy more. (Thanks to Bob Proctor for this great insight!)
Please follow my blog to receive regular updates as the content is being built, and do not hesitate to let me know your questions and comments so I can relate to your needs.
